Once again, I was frolicking through the Auction House, and I cam across this beauty! I want it! Not sure if I need it, but I do want it! It’s in pretty good condition as well. I just wish it was still in the cabinet that originally housed it! Oh well! Cannot have everything, can we!

I’m In Another Craft Show, And I’m Going To Have A Quilt For It!
So, at the last show I was a part of, all I had was my sampler quilt, and a baby quilt. I used a photo album to show pictures of my other quilts, but this time I’m going to have a throw size quilt done, so I can show off my mad quilting skills in a grander manner than just a small sample quilt! I went digging through my quilt top stash and pulled this out, and I’m going to pin it tonight tomorrow, and then at least start the quilting tomorrow evening. I’m excited! I also have to make a few more pot holders as those were the only things that sold at the last show. Here it is! Not sure how I’m going to quilt it yet. I should probably figure that out before I quilt it. Oh well! Here goes nothing!
Regrouping From The Weekend
I did a craft show this weekend which was a total bust, so I have retreated home and I’m licking my wounds. I’m already signed up for more shows in the next few weeks, and hopefully they turn out better. Fingers Crossed! My pot holders turned out well, and I sold a few of those, so I’ll make more for next show! Wish me tuck!

Confessions of A Quilt-aholic – Quilting In My Skivvies!
I’ve done it! I’ve quilted in my skivvies! I’ve done it in my pajamas, a shirt and tie, my skivvies, in my yard work clothes! There is never a wrong outfit to sew in! Well, maybe a tuxedo or an evening gown would be excessive, but hey, whatever floats your bubble! In fact earlier this morning, I jumped out of the shower, threw some clothes on, and sat right down at my machine and started working on some half finished projects from last night! There is never a certain outfit suitable for quilting! Just try to not have too much dirt on grime on your clothes. That is unless you are an avant-garde quilter and you going for a certain look with your fabric. Other than that, never a wrong outfit and never a wrong time!

I Finished The Quilt For The Craft Show!
In the wee hours of morning I arose from my work bench triumphant! I finished the quilt and put the binding on it! I love it! I’m sad it is just a small sampler quilt for the craft shows I am going to be in, but I like it anyways! The quilting technique changes in almost every block just to show people what I can do, and how I can work with designs! It was my first stab at free motion quilting, and I liked the way it turned out! I hope everyone else likes it too! I was going to post it this morning, but I over slept and was almost late for work. Whoops!

Finished Piecing My Top For The Craft Shows
In the late hours of yesterday I finally finished piecing my quilt top. I did want it to be slightly larger, but the piece f scrap batting that I was using was a couple inches shorter than I it had to be…. So I went with a 3 by 3 block quilt with red sashing. I love it! I cannot wait until I start quilting it today!!!! Everyone who is going to the Original Craft Creator show in Elkhart will see it this weekend!
