Shipping Out Some Towels

image

I took this picture last night, well actually the wee hours of morning. I remember when I only had one order a month… Now I’m pounding out towels and quilts these days; I’m so grateful for all of my customers!

I’m not running behind schedule for the holidays, but I am cutting it close. I was so far ahead until I slipped a disk in my lower back. At least I’m not laid up from it, so I do have to be thankful for that. Well, I’ve got to get ready for work. Wish me luck!

Quilt Rescue!

A stranger gave me this the other day. She said if I didn’t want it, I should just throw it out… I could never throw it out, so it’s going into my dresser of quilt tops waiting to be quilted! I’m not sure who this woman was, and I don’t know who made it originally, but I’m really excited to get to finish it! Wish me luck!

How I Lived Without It All These Years, I Will Never Know

I don’t know what happened, but this came into the shop I work at, and I just needed to have it! The price was right, and I was there, and this just ended up in the trunk of my car. Who would have thought that when I started sewing three and a half years ago, I would end up with as many machines as I have now. I’m going to be strip piecing like a fiend! Wish me luck!
