I’m almost done! Stitching in the ditch is taking a bit longer than I expected, but it’s looking good! Hopefully I’ll have it in the mail by Thursday! Wish me luck!

I have a Super Mario quilt in the works, but I had a long weekend, and I needed a break from traditional quilting to get at some art work. I’m making a garden quilt, and it is about one tenth of the way done. I have so many more rosettes to sew, and I think I’m looking at about 20 more hours, but priorities… I have that Super Mario quilt to work on, and then I have a couple of bath towels to make for a couple orders. No rest for the wicked, and there are none more wicked then I! Wish me luck! I’m going to lock myself in my sewing room, and never come out!

The Zelda quilt is done and in the mail. So after the binding was put on that, I decided to get back to this project. The name for this project is now called “Midnight”, strictly because it was started at almost midnight a couple of days ago. I hand painted the black arrow fabric, and I just love the texture! For the binding, I’m thinking the black and white scroll that is the sashing would be very nice! This is just a teaser of it, but hopefully the full quilt top will be done by tomorrow. Then I can start on another Mario Quilt. Wish me luck!
