Here is a picture of the pillow I made at work. I took it home to finish it, and then I also made a pillow from scrap batting. Stop by tomorrow morning for the full article and pictures!

Colts Quilt: Finished The Top
I did it! I feel so bad I am running behind on this for a customer. I told her I would discount it for being late, but I still really need to finish it. I’ve been all wrapped up in paperwork and everything this past week, I’ve only been able to sew at work, and I only work on work projects t work, so then I work on my projects at home, and it has been a bit crazy this week, but I’ll be quilting this tomorrow! I cannot to mail it out and not have to worry about it anymore! I love the way it is looking! My only wish is that I had more of the blue fabric I used in this. Hopefully I can find more so I can use it for the binding. I have other blues I can use, but I really like the blue I used in the quilt!
Crazy Quilt 1: Quilting It
I started to quilt it! I also managed to shred hundreds of documents today as well. (Not that the two are related.) So, I just settled down at my sewing machine. I’m going to hop back on the Colts quilt now, but I just really wanted to start this. It was just nagging at me to throw some shiny thread on it!
Colts Quilt: Almost Half Way Done
I’ve been slowly working on this project since about a week ago. The fabric was delayed in the mail because of the weather, and it was just a lot of delays. Now I am finally making some headway! I think it is going to look sexy! have to pick up some white quilting thread at work though. For some reason, I have none at home.
Crazy Quilt: Almost There
I finished putting on the border last night. I had done the embroidery at work, but I didn’t get a chance to post those pictures last night. I’ve got two or three more things to put on to jazz it up, and then the buttons! Should I put the buttons on before I quilt it, or after? I’m not really sure. This is my first crazy quilt.

Crazy Quilt 1: Almost Done
Sorry for the lack of posts, life has been super busy these past few days! Work is awesome, but life outside work is just plain time consuming! Someday, my personal life will be as organized as the fabrics in closet…. First I guess I have to organize those too.
Anyways, here is my progress on my crazy quilt! I finished the piecing, and now I am doing the embroidery and the borders. I’ve did some embroidery today at work, so I’ll post those pictures later. Enjoy the awesomeness that is my crazy quilt! I also added some gold thread for a special lady who requested it! I hope she enjoys it!
Sewing All Night
I’ll be sewing all night! I had such an emotionally stressful day, I ended up taking a huge power nap, and now I need to get sewing. I’m since I took said nap, I will not go to sleep on time, so I decided to just stay up all night! I need to find a Diet Coke! I know the phrase goes, “I haven’t had enough coffee until I can thread a needle while the machine is running.”, but I love me some Diet Coke! I might even mix it up and throw in a Diet Dew to make things a bit crazy! Colts quilt, is number one on the list!
Crazy Quilt 1: Did Some Applique
Indianapolis Colts Quilt: Cutting Fabric!
I’ve been slowly working on this quilt. I should actually have it done by Wednesday evening. I’ve started cutting the background fabric. I left the actual Colts fabric at work, so I haven’t been able to do much. I go back tomorrow, so I’ll pick it up then. Then I can really get started! I cannot wait to start!
Crazy Quilt 1: Almost Done!
I’ve been working on it at work the past few days and here is what I have to far. I really can’t do much of it at home since none of my machines have fancy decorative stitches, but it’s a project for work anyways. Eventually I’ll be teaching a class on it, and I’m super excited for that to happen! I’ve even got the scraps all cut for the next one!
