I Think I’m Sick… But I’m Still Working

My throat has been killing me! It is like a sharp pain every time I swallow. I’m not digging it! Also, I cannot stop blowing my nose! Ugh! However, I’m still working on this quilt top! I will finish it by tomorrow… I hope. I might take a massive nap and then finish it later tonight. who knows! I need a Diet coke!

Making Some Progress!

Sorry for the poor lighting, but my place has no ceiling lights, so it makes taking pictures at night a little difficult to do. I’m making myself a Zelda Quilt! I haven’t made one for myself and I wanted one. It is my Christmas present to myself! I’m doing the turquoise for the bird and triforce. I think it’s going to turn out pretty darn awesome!

Hurried Up And Finished This Today!

So… if you all recall I did the Sandstorm Quilt for Quilts of Valor. I sent it off to a longarmer I know, but she recently sent it back to me because she has had some health problems and just couldn’t do it. So I got it back, and I was going to send it to another longarmer, but after paying for shipping once I just decided to stipple it myself. So here it is. I’m giving it to the person receiving it tomorrow! I’m so happy to have finished it!

Progress On My Secret Quilt

This project has taken a slight back burner status since I started it, but since I organized my sewing room yesterday, it is time I got back to it! I’ve been making all of these random 9-patch blocks. I’ve made about 125 of them, and then a couple hundred other squares! I’m really excited for this piece. I’ll possibly post some pictures of of it being pieced together later tonight! So keep an eye out for them!
