I’ve Got The 66 So I Can Sew Again!

The sky seems blue again! I can sew! I’ve gotten 2 commission quilts to make, and now I can do something. I can;t really quilt with it, but I can do all of the piecing. It took me a while to calibrate, and I had to oil the machine to high heaven, but now I can sew again! I have a Zelda Commission, and I have one that is a pattern I made up specifically for the customer. I cannot wait to sew it and show it off! Hopefully this pattern will be a success too!

I’m Quite The Sad Panda Today

My Janome is not coming until Monday. I’m so sad! At least I’ll go and get my antique Singer 66 to sew on, and then Saturday I’m getting my Mother’s Singer machine from my aunt. So I guess I cannot be too depressed. On a happier note, I did sell 8 patterns in  the past 2 days! That made me feel special! I still didn’t finish the two last night that I wanted to put up, but I had a few emails to respond to, and I got carried away. Next thing I knew it was 11:30 and I was tired, so I went to sleep!

Frozen Star Pattern Is On Etsy

I just uploaded the Frozen Star Pattern to Etsy and I hope everyone likes it! It is a rather tedious quilt, but the more experience you have with quilt making, it won;t be so hard. It’s just slightly tedious to get that burst of color in. It only took me 3 days and a total of probably 10 hours, so it wasn’t too bad!
