This is the 6th Zelda quilt commission I’ve gotten, and I think I am becoming a pro at making these! I already have the fabric picked out and tonight I am going to be piecing them together! Wish me luck! I still have to find fabric for the center, but I’ll get to that later!

Making Some Triforce Throw Pillows
I’ve decided I need some pillow shams to go with my Zelda Quilt I made a few months ago. I don’t know why I never made them sooner, but I just never got around to it. Here is one of the pieced on my sewing table. I have everything cut for the two of them, but I’m making them one at a time. Here’s to piecing it together!
Zelda Commission 5: Started To Stipple
I started the quilting on the Zelda Commission. I’m doing a medium stipple with a bright blue thread for the background, and I’m going to do the bird in yellow. I might do some secondary stipples with a dark blue and a orange, but I’m not sure yet. I want to see how it all blends when it is jut the light blue and the yellow. Hopefully I’ll finish the quilting by tonight… or at least the blue part anyways. I’m trying to be optimistic. It’s my day off from work, and I’ve got a lot of housework!
Zelda Commission 5: Some Progress Was Made
I made a little headway today. I was at work all day, and then came home and Skyped with my cousin and my nephew… they are too cute! Anyways. I started to piece this out again, and I’m slowly adding to it. Hopefully I will finish the piecing on this third tonight. I start my new job tomorrow so I doubt I’ll have time tomorrow. Wish me luck tonight!
Finished The Piecing On Yet Another Zelda Quilt
Finished My Etsy Ordered Zelda Quilt!
I finally finished the most beautiful quilt in the world! Well, maybe that is slightly overreaching. I ended up doing a variegated thread on the top of gold, green, and burnt orange, and then orange on the back! I absolutely love it! I hope the client will too!

Finished The Top… Now To Quilt It!
I finished the top late last night. Boy, this one was quite a bit of work, but I think that was mostly due to its size. The woman I am making it for said she loved it so far, so that made me quite happy! I cannot wait to quilt it and get it in the mail to her so she can see it and touch it!
I decided to go with a dark burgundy back, because… well, I thought it looked hot in comparison to the front. I think it really sets it off, and for the binding, I am doing a solid black… but that may change, because I already have a new idea for it looming in the background of my mind, so we’ll see!
