Here is the last one! The Goomba is all ready and marching on! Now to piece them all together and then make the pillow sham that matches! Hopefully I’ll finish everything by tomorrow, so it can be mailed out on Monday!

It’s all cut and ready to get sewed. First, I think I’ll eat lunch! Then onto the sewing! I just love this brown fabric! It’s just one of my favorites, and I think it adds so much texture! What do you guys think?
Only one more to go! I really hope the customer likes the subtle accents in texture that I use in the fabric. I think using nothing but plain colors would be so boring! Now onto the Goomba!
Sorry for the delay in posts. I have been dealing with my allergies, and they are offensive! Seriously! There are just not enough antihistamines t go around. However, in my fog of sniffles, and sinus pressure headaches, I have managed to finish the Mario Block! Four down, Two to go!
Well, three blocks down, and three to go, and a pillow sham! I’m so excited! I was thinking about putting up pillow shams on Etsy. What do you guys and gals think? I mean, they are easier than a quilt, and I could move more of them. Just something to keep on the back burner I guess.
The Green 1-up Mushroom is finished! Between it and the fireflower, I am one third of the way done on these blocks! You know, I’ve always wanted a 1-up tattoo on my shoulder blade. Perhaps that is where my next Mario Quilt commission money will go to! Well, time for me to get to work on the Red Mushroom! Wish me luck!

What’s on your list?
Well, I quilted it, and just took it out of the washer! I’m in love with it! I really am! In fact, I already drove to work to hang it up! I love the way the bias came out! I did a double stitch over it because I was worried about it falling off, but it looks pretty secure! I guess we’ll see after I wash it a couple of times!
The top is all ready to be quilted! I really hope the binding fluffs up and it looks super cute! To be honest, with the binding not fluffed up, the quilt looks a little bit boring… Oh well, I hope it turns out better once it is quilted and washed! Wish me luck!
