Working On An Embroidery Quilt

I’ve been working on these for a sample quilt for work. Since I can’t do much sewing because of the pain in my neck from the Bell’s Palsy, I’ve been doing some embroidery. I think these are just the cutest! I’ve done a couple on purple and yellow flannel, and it’s just as cute! I’ll be posting  picture later this week.

We Can Build A Snowman

And even though he is a potholder he won’t melt!  The wonders of insul-bright! Now that I have 2 down, I still have one to go! Next is the ginger bread man. I’m not sure if I’ll have time to get to that one tonight since I have a few other pressing projects. I really want to take a nap, but sewing comes first! Wish me luck!

The Penguin Is Finished

This pot holder is just to die for! (Is it pot holder, or potholder?) It is three layers, and you insert your hand into it. It works great! To test potholders to make sure the work well, I put my iron on high and grab it with the pot holder. If it gets hot right away, I know I need more insul-bright. Next one to be tackled is the snowman!
