A very Impossible Task

I have decided what my next quilt project will be. It is a little over due, but I have a quilt t make for a family member that I promised them a while ago, but just never got around to. I’m not going to lie, the project seems rather daunting. I’m not sure why though, but for some reason, I just want to avoid it, so that can only mean one thing. I’m afraid.

You see, it’s a father’s day qilt for someone special, and once upon a time, I asked him what he would like. A Star Wars, or a Chicago Bears themes quilt. He said both. I never should have given him the option, but you know what. I’m going to rock this. I hope. If not, I’ll do what I did with my last top. I’ll make it insanely abstract he won’t even notice it. However, that is a last resort!

These are the two prints I have to work into this quilt, so we’ll see how it goes! Only the Star Wars one is in color.

Basically blue & orange. White, charcoal, black. Oh, add some great solids and you’ll do fine.
Now, if you had to include a yellow gingham, and you’d REALLY have a challenge.
You can do it, can’t wait to see what you come up with!
