I don’t know why I didn’t put this up sooner, since it has been completed for quite a while, but here is the listing for my Tetris Quilt, as well as my Tetris Quilt Pattern. I’ve been commissioned to make a queen size one for Christmas, so as soon as I do that, I’ll have a pattern for that as well! I hope everyone enjoys these!

I keep thinking of doing something similar. When I first started quilting, I tried, but I got it wrong. I cut everything in to squares, because in Tetris you can see the individual blocks. Of course, you sew them together and the blocks read as a solid line. I ended up getting frustrated with it. Not sure what happened to the first couple of rows I sewed or the rest of the squares.
I just do it in columns, but this time I think I’ll do it in rows… not sure though.
I’d work in whichever direction is the shortest, but that’s just me; I hate piecing long strips, and would rather piece more smaller ones. Whatever you choose, I can’t wait to see it!
